Brent recently joined the new restaurant The Farm Table at Kringle Candle, in Bernardston, Massachusetts. This exciting new restaurant focuses on healthy, ethical and sustainable farm-to-table food practices, featuring internationally nuanced New American cuisine, utilizing only locally-sourced ingredients. Chef takes pride in his work and has spent his career exceeding all challenges. He loves his work, and it shows!
