Chef Menke has cooked professionally for nearly twenty years. Brent served as Head Chef aboard the M/Y Paraffin, one of the finest luxury motor yachts sailing the planet today.

Brent recently joined the new restaurant The Farm Table at Kringle Candle, in Bernardston, Massachusetts. This exciting new restaurant focuses on healthy, ethical and sustainable farm-to-table food practices, featuring internationally nuanced New American cuisine, utilizing only locally-sourced ingredients. Chef takes pride in his work and has spent his career exceeding all challenges. He loves his work, and it shows!
